This restoration project was for a friend. She found this 20s cloche on the floor of a costume sale for 99¢
The velvet was worn completly and the inside lining, which was silk, was in shreads.
The cloche had this beautiful tag in it's crown, and she wanted me to keep that.
I tore out the lining, and the velvet inset pieces and replaced them with fabric she choose.
