I made this one a while ago as an after five dress and it has served me well. Making this one from my slopers, I now know how boxy this dress is.

It's great for a more rectangle figure. I made the waist a bit large and might dart it, but I haven't decided.

The fabric is a lovely flecked linen with a cream tone. It works very well with the brown accents I used. I also made this one with a longer skirt than my first attempt.

All progress is on the blog.

The cloche matches purely by coincidence. I made it a long time ago!

On the blog I talked about how I was going to finish the inside of the sleeve and cuff. I went with a cream grosgrain.
