This fabric is part of a grouping I bought online. Its amazing and from the mid 40s. I was shocked at how bright the colors are and how the weaves are so different than a lot of fabric today. I wanted to make this gingham into a blouse, and thought this bodice top would be ideal.

The gingham I had was 3 yards at 35" selvage to selvage. I wanted to make sure I utilized every iota of space when I made the blouse. The lay out was the tightest Id ever done! |
