I didnt have enough fabric to finish the entire shirt (its a great vintage plaid) so I used the grey blue on the yolk and collar. I swear, I need to lay off the plaid. More solid colors.

The problem was the facing. It folds over in a strange and funky way that I thought was just silly, so in future designs, Im going to make it differently.

Also because Im more curvy than the pattern called for, I curved the button facing and front of the shirt slightly to accommodate my hips. Worked great.

This was also my first go at really paying attention to the collars and the cuff flap. I think they turned out rather well and they were not as hard as I thought they were going to be.
The fun part was picking buttons for it! I had these great blue vintage buttons that are glass! So I was real happy at how well they looked!
